Never received the file. I searched my spam folder thoroughly, then sent a message to the seller asking her to resend (assuming she sent it in the first place.) She never replied to my note and I still haven't received the file. I placed the order on May 29 and it is now July 5. It's a shame as the notecards looked so cute!

The invitation came out perfect! We've received so many compliments on it. And Jessica was so kind about making modifications for the invitation.

The owner of this shop was extremly easy to work with. She was very responsive to my needs, questions and overall order. I must have sent at least 5 e-mails or more with follow up questions and several changes or adjustments. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because, I think this can be costly if you don't have access to a good printer/copier. I would not hesitate to shop with The Papler Plume again! I was very pleased with this party package. The colors were bright and vibrant and the pictures turned out very crisp and clear. Overall the items made a big impact on the party. I assembled the banner with twine and the cupcake toppers fit a 2" punch out well. I had the packaged printed at my local office depot and used an online coupon, so the total price was very affordable. There was a small formatting issue that was corrected very quickly. The shop owner was quick with responding and very nice. Will purchase from this shop again!
